Common use of APPOINTING OFFICERS Clause in Contracts

APPOINTING OFFICERS. Per Section 347.079 of the Act, the Managers may delegate such duties and responsibilities to such persons (including a Member), entities and agents as the Managers may deem appropriate, including officers of the Company, with such titles, responsibilities and obligations as the Managers may determine. Such delegation and appointment may be terminated at any time by the Managers.
