Common use of Appointed person Clause in Contracts

Appointed person. An appropriately qualified person may be appointed and retained by the Purchasers to conduct an evaluation of the Service. Prior to making the appointment, the Purchasers will consult with the Provider as to the suitability of the appointee to conduct the evaluation. In conducting such evaluations the appointee may (subject to the rights of Service Users or other persons receiving Services) attend the provision of Services, talk with service users and/or any of the service providers.
