Applying for Positions. Temporary employees, provided they are qualified for the position, shall have the right to apply for any positions, as outlined in clause 17.2(a), and shall be given preference over outside candidates, subject to all the conditions of this Agreement. Temporary employees shall be entitled to access the Union Observer for posted positions upon request as provided for in clause 17.6.

Applying for Positions. 7.1. Both the Host and the Home Agency recognise that the Secondee is entitled to apply for advertised positions in either organisation or externally during the Term of the Secondment.
Applying for Positions. NTW recognises that the secondee is entitled to apply for advertised positions in either organisation or externally during the secondment period. If they choose to apply for any positions in the host organisation during the period of secondment then they would do so as an NTW employee. The secondee will inform both parties of their resignation in writing if they are a successful applicant for a position outside both organisations.
Applying for Positions. 28 For all employees except Para-Educators (whose procedures have been distributed last spring), an 29 employee must apply for the original posted position if the employee wishes to be considered for any 30 subsequent vacancies which may result from filling the original position. An employee who applies 31 even though the employee is not interested in the original position, then is selected for the original 32 position and then turns it down, will be considered the same as any other employee for filling 33 subsequent vacancies. The subsequent vacancy filling period shall be thirty days from the posting of 34 the original position.

  • Filling Positions ‌ The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification.   • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • Release for Servicing From time to time and as appropriate for the enforcement or servicing any of the Collateral, the Collateral Custodian is hereby authorized (unless and until such authorization is revoked by the Administrative Agent), upon written receipt from the Servicer of a request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H to release to the Servicer the related Required Asset Documents or the documents set forth in such request and receipt to the Servicer. All documents so released to the Servicer shall be held by the Servicer in trust for the benefit of the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Servicer shall return to the Collateral Custodian the Required Asset Documents or other such documents (i) immediately upon the request of the Administrative Agent, or (ii) when the Servicer’s need therefor in connection with such foreclosure or servicing no longer exists, unless the Asset shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of an additional request for release of documents and receipt certifying such liquidation from the Servicer to the Collateral Custodian in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H, the Servicer’s request and receipt submitted pursuant to the first sentence of this subsection shall be released by the Collateral Custodian to the Servicer.

  • GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE Irreconcilable differences, the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage, and incompatibility of temperament have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage with no possibility of reconciliation.

  • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled. Probationary employees shall not be entitled to apply for posted vacancies. It is agreed that the Gallery will not interview external applicants until applications from existing employees have been reviewed and bargaining unit employees who are qualified in the opinion of the Gallery have been interviewed. Further, the Gallery will notify existing applicants in writing once the successful application is selected.

  • Filling of Positions All eligible employees under Section 3 who have made a timely interest bid, and meet the minimum qualifications, shall be given consideration and may be appointed to the opening prior to the consideration of other non-interest bidding applicants and prior to filling the vacancy through other means. The Appointing Authority shall not be arbitrary, capricious, or discriminatory and must have a legitimate business reason to reject all of the interest bidders. Seniority of the interest bidders shall not be a factor in appointing employees from among the interest bidders. All interest bidders shall be notified orally or in writing, which may include electronic mailing, as to the status (either under consideration, acceptance, or rejection) of their interest bid in a timely manner.
