Applications for Payment. Contractor shall submit to Owner and, if directed, Architect, a periodic Application for Payment. The Application for Payment shall consist of the cost of the Project as set forth in the Schedule of Values. Approval of Application for Payments for such materials stored off- site shall be conditioned upon submission by Contractor of bills of sale and applicable insurance or such other procedures satisfactory to Owner to establish Owner’s title to such materials, or otherwise to protect Owner’s interest, including transportation to the Worksite. The extent of such statement shall be as agreed upon between Owner and Contractor. Payment shall be subject to the retainage requirements of Wyo. Stat. § 16-6-702. If an interest bearing account per Wyo. Stat. § 16-6-704 is established the account holders shall include the District, and Contractor.
