Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Xxxxxx and SpinCo on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Parent or SpinCo in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Xxxxxxx and Veralto on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Xxxxxxx or Veralto in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by the Parties on behalf of themselves and their respective Subsidiaries. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such entity and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of any Party to this Agreement in the future.

This Agreement is being entered into by Distributing and Controlled on behalf of themselves and each Distributing Affiliate and each Controlled Affiliate, respectively. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such affiliate and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any corporation or other entity that becomes a Distributing Affiliate or a Controlled Affiliate in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Air Products and Versum on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Air Products or Versum in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Labcorp and Fortrea on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Labcorp or Fortrea in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by KAR and Spinco on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of KAR or Spinco in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Covidien and Mallinckrodt on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Covidien or Mallinckrodt in the future.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Grace-Conn. and Grace on behalf of themselves and each member of the New Grace Group and Packco Group, respectively. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such member. Grace-Conn. and Grace hereby guarantee the performance of all actions, agreements and obligations provided for under this Agreement of each member of the New Grace Group and the Packco Group, respectively. Grace-Conn. and Grace shall, upon the written request of the other, cause any of their respective Group members formally to execute this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the successors and assigns of any of the corporations bound hereby.
Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by LRAD and Parametric Sound. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such entity. Articles III and VI of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of LRAD or Parametric Sound in the future.
