Application Response. 6.8.1 When space has been determined to be available, BellSouth will provide a written response (“Application Response”) within twenty-three (23) business days of the receipt of a Bona Fide Application, which will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 8.
