APPLICATION OF TOLLS. Crude Petroleum Tendered for transportation or terminalling shall be subject to the tolls in effect on the date of Tender to the Xxxxxx Facilities irrespective of the date of nomination or delivery to the immediately downstream pipeline, terminal or other facility. The tolls charged to a Shipper shall be allocated as to the quantity and types of Crude Petroleum Tendered in accordance with the applicable Toll Schedule.
