Common use of Application of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of Supplemental Indenture. The provisions of this Supplemental Indenture shall take effect immediately upon its execution in accordance with Section 10.04 of the Base Indenture; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in this Supplemental Indenture shall apply only in respect of the Notes issued under this Supplemental Indenture and not to any past or future series of Securities established under the Base Indenture or any other supplemental indenture.
