Application for Payment for Design Work. For Design Work, on or before the tenth (10th) Day of the month or such other date as is established by the Contract Documents, Design Build Entity shall submit to Judicial Council Representative an itemized invoice. The invoice shall include the following: 8.3.1.1. The amount requested for the stage of Design Work performed in the preceding month. 8.3.1.2. If reasonably requested by Judicial Council as a precondition of payment, Design Build Entity shall submit to Judicial Council documentation showing proof that payments were made to Design Build Entity’s Subconsultant(s). 8.3.1.3. Itemized list and explanations of the Design Work performed in the preceding month. 8.3.2. Applications for Payment for Construction Work and Construction Administration. 8.3.2.1. For Construction Work, on or before the tenth (10th) Day of the month or such other date as is established by the Contract Documents, Design Build Entity shall submit to Judicial Council Representative an itemized Application for Payment. The Application for Payment shall be prepared as follows and include the following: 8.3.2.1.1. Completed Application for Payment in format approved by Judicial Council. 8.3.2.1.2. Updated Schedule of Values consistent with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
