Application Deadline. The Parties shall apply for FERC Section 203 authorization and approval of the Transaction as contemplated in Sections 13(a)(i)(A)(2) and 13(a)(ii)(A)(2) no later than sixty (60) days after satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 13(a)(i)(A)(1) and 13(a)(ii)(A)(1).
