Applicable Time Period. The Seller will be charged and credited for the amounts of all of the Proration Items (other than real property Taxes and Property Expenses paid directly by the applicable Tenants) relating to the period up to and including the Adjustment Time, and Purchaser will be charged and credited for all of the Proration Items (other than real property Taxes and Property Expenses paid directly by the applicable Tenants) relating to the period after the Adjustment Time.
