Common use of Applicable Law A Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law A. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. B. The Contractual Parties undertake to settle any possible differences or disputes resulting from this Agreement preferably in an amicable manner. Should an amicable solution not be attainable, any conceivable disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be resolved by ordinary courts of the Czech Republic. 17. Publicity No party shall use the name of another party (or the name of Sponsor or any division or affiliated companies) for promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the party whose name is proposed to be used. Except for Public Presentations under Article 10, no news release, publicity or other public announcement, either written or oral, regarding this Agreement or performance hereunder or results arising from the Study, shall be made by Institution or Principal Investigator without the prior written approval of Sponsor. 18.
