Applicable Cure Periods. Upon receipt of written notice of a material breach pursuant to Section 15.4.1, and except as otherwise provided for in Section 15.4.1, the allegedly Breaching Party shall have sixty (60) days to cure such material breach (the “Cure Period”), provided, however, that in the case of any material breach that cannot be reasonably cured within the sixty (60) day cure period, should the Breaching Party deliver to the Non-Breaching Party a plan for curing such material breach which is reasonably sufficient to effect a cure and uses commercially reasonable efforts to pursue such plan and effect a cure, the Cure Period shall be extended for an additional sixty (60) days. Applicable Cure Periods. The applicable cure periods are as follows: for payment and/or reporting events of default, ten (10) business days; for all other applicable defaults which are capable of being cured, thirty (30) days. If a breach is not capable of being cured, then termination shall become effective as of the date of notice.

  • Number of Interest Periods There may be no more than 6 different Interest Periods for LIBOR Loans outstanding at the same time.

  • Paid Rest Periods All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods 7.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 7.2 below, no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being entitled to a meal break of not less than half an hour. The employee shall then be entitled to be absent without loss of pay for ordinary working hours occurring during the ten hour rest period. In the case of shift workers, eight hours shall be substituted for ten hours when overtime is worked:

  • Rest Periods Employees working a full shift will receive one rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in each half of the shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four (4) hours will receive one fifteen (15) minute rest period.

  • Commencement of Interest Periods The first Interest Period shall commence on the Drawdown Date and each subsequent Interest Period shall commence on the expiry of the preceding Interest Period.

  • Notice of Interest Period and Interest Rate Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.02(a), a notice of Conversion pursuant to Section 2.09 or a notice of selection of an Interest Period pursuant to the definition of “Interest Period”, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender of the applicable Interest Period and the applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of clause (a)(i) or (a)(ii) above.

  • Additional Rest Periods When an employee performs authorized overtime work of at least three (3) hours duration, the Hospital will schedule a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration.

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.
