Apple and Apple Sample Clauses
Apple and Apple s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary. Notwithstanding this, our right to enter, rescind or terminate any variation, waiver or settlement under this Agreement is not subject to the consent of any third party, including Apple.
Apple and Apple s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this License, and that, upon the Licensee’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the License against the Licensee as a third party beneficiary thereof.
