Appendix 7. Federal Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Testing The Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 requires alcohol and drug testing of safety sensitive individuals. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires all drivers with a commercial drivers license (CDL) to be tested for both alcohol and drugs. This requirement includes fulltime, part-time, casual, intermittent, occasional, leased, and Contractors. Other individuals who may not have the title of driver or Contractor but who sometimes operate or have access to a school bus used to provide services pursuant to this Agreement also must be included in the program. These may include maintenance workers, supervisors, family members, clerks, mechanics or anyone else in a safety- sensitive function. No exception for volunteer drivers is included. There are six testing situations required by the Federal Department of Transportation They are as follows:

Appendix 7. 7.1 to the Disclosure Letter lists all employees and officers of the Company with a salary in excess of five hundred thousand (500,000) SEK per year including without limitation all benefits. All employees of the Company are employed on normal conditions including without limitation work hours, salaries and benefits.
Appendix 7. 7.2 to the Disclosure Letter contains a true and complete reference to the collective bargaining agreements by which the Company is bound. Copies of such collective bargaining agreements have been included in the Due Diligence Documents. The Company is not in default in any material respect under any of them.
Appendix 7. 11.5 to the Disclosure Letter accurately lists all outstanding indebtedness of the Company as of the Closing Date for money borrowed (excluding amounts owing by way of trade credit in the ordinary course of business) including without limitation all money borrowed which constitutes Intra-Group Debt (collectively, the “Company Debt”). Appendix 7.11.5 to the Disclosure Letter accurately lists, for each item of Company Debt, the agreement governing the Company Debt and the interest rate, maturity date and any assets or properties securing such Company Debt.
