Appearance and Representation. 1. Hearings held under this procedure shall be conducted at a time and place which will afford a fair and reasonable opportunity for all persons, including witnesses, entitled to attend. Such hearing shall be conducted during non-school hours, unless there is mutual agreement for other arrangements. In the event the hearing is held during the school day, the grievant, his/her representative and any witnesses who will testify at the hearing shall be released without loss of pay for the purpose of appearing at such a hearing.
