AOS Sample Clauses

The "AOS" clause, which typically stands for "Acceptance of Service," outlines the process by which one party formally acknowledges receipt of legal documents or notices related to the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies the acceptable methods for delivering such documents—such as by mail, email, or personal delivery—and may designate specific individuals or addresses for service. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon procedure for serving important documents, thereby reducing disputes over whether proper notice was given and supporting the enforceability of contractual or legal actions.
