AOP. An annual operating plan jointly prepared and agreed to by the parties at a meeting to be scheduled as close to annually as conveniently possible amongst the parties, which plan shall include current rates for use of each agency's equipment and personnel, a list of principal personnel of each agency, descriptions of the areas negotiated by the parties where automatic or mutual aid is required according to law and any other items identified in this Agreement. If an AOP has not been executed for the current fiscal year, the most recently executed AOP shall remain effective.

AOP. SunPower shall deliver to Cypress and the members of SunPower’s board of directors for approval as set forth in Section 3.1 below, as soon as practicable in accordance with Cypress’ financial planning cycle for each fiscal year, SunPower’s annual operating plan for the next fiscal year in a form reasonably satisfactory to Cypress (which plan shall include a pro forma income statement, a capital expenditure budget and forecasts of any equity or debt financings, repurchases or restructurings) (“AOP”).

  • Goals & Objectives 1. The goal of this Agreement is (INSERT GOAL(S) OF AGREEMENT).

  • Performance Testing 7.2.1 The Design-Builder shall direct and supervise the tests and, if necessary, the retests of the Plant using Design-Builder’s supervisory personnel and the Air Emissions Tester shall conduct the air emissions test, in each case, in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Exhibit A (the “Performance Tests”), to demonstrate, at a minimum, compliance with the Performance Guarantee Criteria. Performance Measurements that have been Ordered in a particular state can currently be accessed via the internet at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The following Service Quality Measurements (SQM) plan as it presently exists and as it may be modified in the future, is being included as the performance measurements currently in place for the state of Tennessee. At such time that the TRA issues a subsequent Order pertaining to Performance Measurements, such Performance Measurements shall supersede the SQM contained in the Agreement.   • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework. The PARTNER will provide their impact data based upon these metrics.
