ANY PROBLEMS. We make every effort to ensure that you have a trouble-free holiday. If you have a complaint about the holiday, you must immediately inform our representative and the supplier of the service(s) in question, giving all relevant details. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. It is therefore a condition of this contract that you communicate any problem to the supplier of the service(s) in question AND to our representative whilst in resort (not all destinations have a representative so please contact our head office). They will do their best to resolve the matter on the spot. If you remain unhappy, the complaint in resort must be followed by a written letter of complaint e-mailed to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx no later than 28 days after the end of your holiday. This must include all relevant information.
