Any other Person any Obligations and Liabilities of the Borrower, whether in respect of any of the Borrower’s Obligations and Liabilities or otherwise, the Guarantor (whether under this Guarantee or otherwise), any other Person who is or may become liable in respect of any of the Borrower’s Obligations and Liabilities; or any agreement or instrument evidencing any such obligation or liability, heretofore, now or hereafter being invalid, illegal or unenforceable including, without limitation, any failure by the Borrower or any guarantor or surety to pay, perform or comply with the Borrower’s Obligations and Liabilities or the terms of any documents, instruments or agreements evidencing, securing or documenting the same;
