Common use of Any notice Clause in Contracts

Any notice. 9.13.1 (a) must be in writing and must be given: (i) to a company which is a party at its registered office or to such other address as may have been notified to the other party; and (ii) to any individual who is a party at the address of that individual given at the beginning of this Agreement; and
