Common use of Any notice Clause in Contracts

Any notice. (a) required to be given by a party may be given by that party's solicitor or agent and/or (b) addressed to a party by name is not rendered invalid by reason of the party having died, become insolvent or changed name, whether or not the party serving notice is aware of the fact.
