Antitrust Violator Vendor List Clause Samples

The Antitrust Violator Vendor List clause establishes that vendors who have been found guilty of violating antitrust laws are identified and listed, typically by a government authority. This clause requires parties to check this list before entering into contracts or transactions, ensuring that no business is conducted with vendors who have engaged in anti-competitive practices such as price-fixing or market allocation. Its core function is to promote fair competition and protect the contracting party from legal and reputational risks associated with engaging vendors who have a history of antitrust violations.
