Common use of Anti-Trust Clause in Contracts

Anti-Trust. The Parties recognize that, in actual economic practice, overcharges resulting from antitrust violations are usually borne by the State and the Subscribing Entities. The Service Provider therefore assigns to the State all state and federal antitrust claims and causes of action that the Service Provider now has or may acquire relating to the Services that are covered by this Agreement.
