ANTI-POACHING Sample Clauses
An anti-poaching clause is designed to prevent one party from soliciting or hiring employees, contractors, or key personnel from the other party during and sometimes after the term of an agreement. Typically, this clause applies to both direct and indirect recruitment efforts, and may specify a time period—such as one or two years—during which such actions are prohibited. Its core practical function is to protect each party’s workforce and business relationships, reducing the risk of talent loss and unfair competitive advantage.
