Common use of Anti-avoidance Clause in Contracts

Anti-avoidance. The Company has not been a party to or otherwise involved in any transaction, scheme or arrangement, the sole or main purpose of which, or one of the main purposes of which, was to avoid or defer a liability to Taxation.

Anti-avoidance.
