Anthra Obligation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anthra agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to supply Prodesfarma with its requirements of the Product, and Prodesfarma agrees to purchase its requirements of the Product, for resale in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement.
