ANOORAQ RESOURCES. CORPORATION (a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada) (hereinafter together with its successors in title and assigns referred to as “Anooraq”), she, the said Appearer being duly authorised hereto under and by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney dated at Vancouver on the 24th day of November 2003 and granted to her by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in his capacity as a Director of Anooraq, he being duly authorised by a Resolution of Directors of Anooraq passed at Vancouver on the 24th day of November 2003; which Powers of Attorney and certified copies of which Resolutions have this day been exhibited to me, the Notary, and now remain filed of record with the Minute hereof.
