Common use of Annuity Contracts Clause in Contracts

Annuity Contracts. If annuity payments commence to a Participant before the latest commencement date under Section 8.5, life expectancies of the Participant and Beneficiary shall be determined as of their birthdays in the calendar year in which payments commence.

Annuity Contracts. If annuity payments commence irrevocably to a Participant Beneficiary before the latest commencement date under Section 8.5(c)(2) above, the Beneficiary’s life expectancies of the Participant and Beneficiary expectancy shall be determined as of their birthdays his birthday in the calendar year in which payments commence.

Annuity Contracts. If annuity payments commence to a Participant before the latest commencement date under Section 8.57.6(d), life expectancies of the Participant and Beneficiary shall be determined as of their birthdays in the calendar year in which payments commence.

Annuity Contracts.
