Common use of ANNUITY ACCOUNT VALUE Clause in Contracts

ANNUITY ACCOUNT VALUE. The term "Annuity Account Value" means the sum of the amounts that you have in the Guaranteed Interest Division and the Investment Divisions of the Separate Account pursuant to Sections 2.02 and 2.03, plus any reserve or suspense account pursuant to loans under Section 2.13.

ANNUITY ACCOUNT VALUE. The term "Annuity Account Value" means the sum of the amounts that you have in the Guaranteed Interest Division and the Investment Divisions of the Separate Account pursuant to Sections 2.02 and 2.03, plus any reserve or suspense account pursuant to loans under Section 2.13.

ANNUITY ACCOUNT VALUE. The term "Annuity Account Value" means the sum of the amounts that you have in the Guaranteed Interest Division Division, and the Investment Divisions of the Separate Account pursuant to Sections 2.02 and 2.032.03 and any loan reserve provision, plus any reserve or suspense account pursuant to loans under described in Section 2.132.10.
