Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. (a) Hər bir Təqvim İlinin başlanmasına ən azı üç (3) ay qalmış Podratçı həmin Təqvim İli üçün təklif etdiyi həyata keçirilməli ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-qaz Əməliyyatları ilə bağlı İllik İş Proqramını ona müvafiq Büdcə ilə birlikdə hazırlayır və Rəhbər Komitənin təsdiqinə verir yaxud hazırlanıb təsdiqə verilməsini təmin edir.
