Annual Stipend. 11-6-1 The annual stipend payable under this provision is equal to fifty (50) percent of the difference between the first increment of the current Single Lane Salary schedule and the Educator’s base salary plus any amounts received for extended contract days during the immediate preceding last full year of employment.

Annual Stipend. The Hospital shall pay Resident an annual stipend of and /100 Dollars ($ . ), payable in equal installments, less applicable taxes and withholdings and in accordance with the Hospital’s usual payroll practices.
Annual Stipend. Commencing the first month of the second (2nd) year of your Term, you will receive an annual stipend in the amount of $10,000, payable in four equal quarterly installments of $2.500 each, in advance on or before the first day of each calendar quarter throughout your Term. In the event the Company completes an Initial Public Offering of its common stock (an” IPO”) while you are on the Board, you will receive a one time bonus equal to $15,000. If you remain on the Board following completion of the IPO, your annual stipend will increase to $25,000, payable quarterly at the rate of $6,250 per quarter as above.

Annual Stipend. To ensure financial support at a uniform level for all trainees in each year of post graduate medical training, the Hospital shall provide an Annual Stipend in the amount set forth in Exhibit A, which shall be the Trainee’s sole source of compensation.
