Common use of Annual Security Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Security Report. Upon request, the Supplier shall send written security reports detailing the results of annual audits (including compliance tests) performed on each physical data center for each solution area. These annual audits are to be carried out by a neutral third party. The reports will be provided to the Local Government within forty-five (45) calendar days of the request. The reports shall cover the following certifications: (i) ISO 27001 Certification (ii) SOC 2 Report (iii) Penetration Test and Report performed by an accredited provider
