Annual Physical. The District Superintendent shall have a comprehensive medical examination, including appropriate laboratory and cardio testing, each year by a physician of his choosing. The District Superintendent shall file a statement from his physician with the Clerk of the Board certifying the District Superintendent’s fitness for the position. Such statement shall be treated as confidential information and shall not be disclosed or released by any member of the Board. Any cost for such annual medical examination not covered by the health insurance plan shall be paid by the Board.
