Common use of Annual Physical Clause in Contracts

Annual Physical. The Company shall provide, at its cost, a medical examination for the Executive on an annual basis by a licensed physician in the Scottsdale or Phoenix, Arizona area selected by the Executive; provided that the expense for such annual physical shall not exceed $1,500 per year or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof.
