ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. 13.1. Monthly payments will be made based on the bills submitted by the Contractor and certified by the concerned Engineer in charge to the effect that the works / complaints recorded in the registers/software are attended and rectified as per the scope of the work. The AMC does not cover: 14.4.1. Migrations from one ‘Base System’ Version to another (e.g. Pegasus Opera II to Opera 3) 14.4.2. Migrations from one database platform or development language to another (e.g. Microsoft VFP to Microsoft SQL) 14.4.3. A change to a completely new format for the interchange of data with third parties, whether that be importing or exporting 14.4.4. Bespoke amendments of any kind 14.5. The AMC is not transferable between one reseller and another without a fee being paid.

The vendor will be required to check and monitor the progress of next delivery and installation. 5) The vendor would be required to maintain and submit to our office, on quarterly basis, location wise inventory list, duly updated with details of new installation, if any and incorporating the hardware movement during the period under reference. 6) The vendor would also be required to install Bank’s licensed version of antivirus and other authorized software wherever required. 7) Replacement of parts will be at the vendor’s cost with original spares of the brand/make/model or reputed makes with best quality spares. A working VC system or peripheral will have to be provided by the vendor to facilitate temporary replacement. 8) While shifting any VC hardware out of the Bank’s premises for repairs, the vendor will have to arrange for suitable replacement of the respective hardware. ON-SITE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEMS AND PERIPHERALS AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF VC SETUP 9) The vendor shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to any of the machines owing to negligence on his part. 10) It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make all the computers and peripherals related to VC setup work satisfactorily throughout the contract period and to hand over the systems in working condition to the Bank after expiry of the contract. In case any damage is found, the firm is liable to rectify it even after the expiry of the AMC contract. 11) The vendor should be an authorized service provider for reputed manufacturers and must have requisite expertise in providing maintenance of computers (related to AV- VC system) and peripherals of various brands/make. 12) Bank may change some of the existing video conferencing devices during the AMC ...
