ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. 13.1. Monthly payments will be made based on the bills submitted by the Contractor and certified by the concerned Engineer in charge to the effect that the works / complaints recorded in the registers/software are attended and rectified as per the scope of the work. The Contractor has to get the Signature of Engineer in charge after completion of the respective works on the formats enclosed/given for respective work and should submit all these with the bill. And TDS @2% will be deducted from every bill.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. 14.1. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is mandatory, meaning that the software supplied will not function unless a valid licence has been paid for via the AMC
14.2. The AMC provides for automatic release updates for the currently installed software configuration and format in the event where:
14.2.1. We have enhanced or improved functionality, or have released a service patch to correct errors.
14.2.2. Changes have been imposed upon us by third parties who have provided software to which ours fully integrates or is an integral part.
14.2.3. Changes have been imposed upon us for the current configuration or format by third parties with whom we interchange data, be that either importing or exporting.
14.2.4. HMRC or other legislative changes are imposed for which our software has to be updated to achieve compliance.
14.3. Where sold through a Reseller, or direct to an end user with a Support Contract, the AMC provides for unlimited helpdesk support between normal office hours; Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 excluding public or bank holidays
14.4. The AMC does not cover:
14.4.1. Migrations from one ‘Base System’ Version to another (e.g. Pegasus Opera II to Opera 3)
14.4.2. Migrations from one database platform or development language to another (e.g. Microsoft VFP to Microsoft SQL)
14.4.3. A change to a completely new format for the interchange of data with third parties, whether that be importing or exporting
14.4.4. Bespoke amendments of any kind
14.5. The AMC is not transferable between one reseller and another without a fee being paid.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. 1) The contract will be on comprehensive onsite basis, inclusive of repairs and replacement of spare parts including all plastic parts etc. without any extra payment.
2) The details of the equipment proposed to be covered under AMC is as per PART 5 of this document.
3) The vendor is required to carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities on all the equipment under AMC. This includes periodic cleaning and replacement of parts that are subject to wear and tear, without any cost to the bank including plastic parts.
4) The vendor would be responsible to manage/maintain an Asset Inventory based on the Equipment Unique Serial No, including the hardware movement information from one location to another. The vendor will be required to check and monitor the progress of next delivery and installation.
5) The vendor would be required to maintain and submit to our office, on quarterly basis, location wise inventory list, duly updated with details of new installation, if any and incorporating the hardware movement during the period under reference.
6) The vendor would also be required to install Bank’s licensed version of antivirus and other authorized software wherever required.
7) Replacement of parts will be at the vendor’s cost with original spares of the brand/make/model or reputed makes with best quality spares. A working VC system or peripheral will have to be provided by the vendor to facilitate temporary replacement.
8) While shifting any VC hardware out of the Bank’s premises for repairs, the vendor will have to arrange for suitable replacement of the respective hardware. ON-SITE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEMS AND PERIPHERALS AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF VC SETUP
9) The vendor shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to any of the machines owing to negligence on his part.
10) It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make all the computers and peripherals related to VC setup work satisfactorily throughout the contract period and to hand over the systems in working condition to the Bank after expiry of the contract. In case any damage is found, the firm is liable to rectify it even after the expiry of the AMC contract.
11) The vendor should be an authorized service provider for reputed manufacturers and must have requisite expertise in providing maintenance of computers (related to AV- VC system) and peripherals of various brands/make.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. In case of the operator does not have or does not develop in-house capacity for adequate maintenance of Contracted Buses, the Operator shall procure and maintain, at its own cost, an Annual Maintenance Contract with the manufacturer of the Contracted Bus or his authorized dealer and with the Bus Bodybuilder for the purpose of ensuring regular servicing and preventive maintenance activities for the Contracted Buses.
