Annual License. The authority of every society annually terminates on April thirtieth and may be renewed. A license continues in full force and effect until the new license is issued or specifically refused. For each license or renewal the society shall before April first pay the commissioner the fee established under section 26.1-01-07. A duly certified copy or duplicate of the license is prima facie evidence that the licensee is a fraternal benefit society.
Annual License. The term of this Agreement will begin on the date you accept this Agreement and, unless your license is a trial license as described above, will (subject to Section 10(c) below) continue for successive one (1) year periods, which periods will automatically renew.
Annual License a) An Annual License is provided on a “per user per year” basis. Per Named User one Annual License must be installed. Any and all Software Products that have been elected at ThinPrint’s discretion to be part of the Annual License may be used/deployed by the licensed Named User for the term of the license.

Annual License. Annual License. Subject to End User’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and End User’s payment of all fees (when due), COMPANY grants End-User a time-bound, scope-limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable (except as may be expressly permitted herein) license to use Technology, in only the way as mentioned in this agreement.

Under the Annual License, Licensor grants Licensee the right to use the Software for a period of up to twelve (12) months (the “Annual Term”) from the effective date of the Order Schedule. At or prior to the end of the Term, Licensee will agree with Licensor wheter to discontinue the use of the Software.

Annual License. If you have an Annual License, Licensor grants you the right to use the Software for a period of twelve (12) months from the date indicated on the license certificate (the “Annual Term”). At or prior to the end of the Annual Term, you will notify Licensor of your intent to (a) renew the Annual License, or (b) discontinue use of the Software. The designated HostID may be changed only once during the Annual Term without additional cost to you. An administrative fee will be due for extra HostID changes. The Vendor Daemon(s) may be changed only at the time of Annual License renewal.

As E-Stamp's business continues to build, you may find that E-Stamp may be supporting more then [*] transactions per year. At that time you will need to upgrade to a larger Annuncio Live transaction volume. If the upgrade occurs during 1999, the then current upgrade costs will reflect the discounts noted above. After that time, Annuncio Live volume upgrades will fall under the standard list prices quoted at the time. EXHIBIT C MARKETING ACTIVITIES During the Term, Licensee agrees to be designated as a customer in Annuncio sales and marketing materials. Customer agrees to be designated in a press release and to provide a minimum of one quote regarding Licensee's experience with Annuncio Software and Annuncio Live for use in such materials and/or press releases, subject to prior approval of Licensee, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee will make a minimum of one (1) person available to speak by phone with press, analysts, and customers about Licensee's experience with Annuncio and the Software. Licensee also agrees to contribute to a written customer case study for publishing by Annuncio Software. EXHIBIT D ANNUNCIO STANDARD SUPPORT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS Annuncio Standard Support Program Terms and Conditions ("Standard Support Program") are referenced in and incorporated into the License Agreement between Annuncio and Licensee ("Agreement"). Any capitalized terms not specifically defined in herein have the same meaning as in the Agreement.
