Common use of Annual Incentive Plan Clause in Contracts

Annual Incentive Plan. In addition to the Base Salary, during the Term, the Executive will have an annual bonus opportunity target equal to 65% of the Executive’s salary for the year. The amount of the annual bonus (“Bonus”) for any year may be more or less than the target amount, but not more than 125% of the Executive’s salary for the year, and will be determined, in its sole discretion, by the Compensation Committee based upon certain performance measures which shall be determined by the Board in its discretion and communicated to the Executive by the end of each September of the prior year during the Term.
