Common use of Annual Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Annual Entitlement. 13.2.1 The Executive's annual entitlement to paid holidays is to those public or customary holidays recognised by the Company in any holiday year of which there are eight in total and in addition 29 contractual days holiday.

In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to one additional day of holiday per year of continuous service (assessed as at 1st January each year) up to a maximum of five additional days.
