Annual Discretionary Bonus. Executive shall be eligible for a discretionary annual calendar year performance bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) with an annual target of forty percent (40%) of Executive’s then-current Base Salary (the “Target Amount”). Whether or not Executive is eligible for any Annual Bonus will be dependent upon the actual achievement by Executive and the Company of the applicable individual and corporate performance goals, as determined by the Board. No amount of any Annual Bonus is guaranteed at any time and may be greater or lesser than the Target Amount and may be zero.
