ANNUAL CPI. INCREASE The fees and charges set forth in this fee schedule shall increase upon each anniversary of this Agreement over the fees and charges during the prior 12 months in an amount based on the annual percentage of change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) in the Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area, All Items, Base 1982-1984=100, as last reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

ANNUAL CPI. The term Annual CPI shall mean the Consumer Price Index - All Urban Consumers, All Items, Not Seasonably Adjusted, for San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, California, for each calendar year, published annually by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
