Common use of Annual Certifications Clause in Contracts

Annual Certifications. On or within five business days of each anniversary of the date hereof (or upon the reasonable request of the Company from time to time), the Manager shall deliver to the Company a certificate, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Company, certifying the number of Financing Fee Shares owned, directly or indirectly, by the Manager, its Affiliates and permitted assigns as of such anniversary date or such other date, as applicable.
