Annual Certification. Product Distributor shall provide to GEID upon request written certification of the continued effectiveness of each representation and warranty made by it in Section 4 of this Agreement. Likewise, GEID shall provide to Product Distributor upon request written certification of the continued effectiveness of each representation and warranty made by it in Section 4 of this Agreement.
