Common use of Annual Base Salary Clause in Contracts

During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 Three Hundred Thirty Thousand United States Dollars (USD 330,000.00) per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to increase as determined by the Compensation Committee Company (the "“Annual Base Salary"”).

Annual Base Salary. During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 305,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to increase as determined review and upward, but not downward, adjustment by the Compensation Committee Board in its sole discretion (the "“Annual Base Salary"”).

Annual Base Salary. During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 325,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to increase as determined review and upward adjustment by the Compensation Committee Board in its sole discretion (the "“Annual Base Salary"”).

Annual Base Salary. During the Termportion of the Term which follows the Closing Date, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 350,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to any increase as determined by in accordance with the Compensation Committee customary compensation practices or policies of the Company (the "“Annual Base Salary"”). Annual Base Salary may be increased, but not decreased, from time to time by the Board.

During the TermTerm (commencing as of the first pay period following the date of this Agreement), the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 320,000 per annum, payable in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to increase as determined reviewed by the Compensation Committee annually and may be increased, but not decreased, upon such review (the "“Annual Base Salary"”).

During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 295,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to increase as determined review and upward, but not downward, adjustment by the Compensation Committee Board in its sole discretion (the "“Annual Base Salary"”).

During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $225,000 300,000 per annumannum (the “Annual Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, which payroll practices shall be subject to increase adjustment as determined by the Compensation Committee (the "Annual Base Salary")Board.
