Annual Audit. CONTRACTOR shall arrange for an independent audit to be performed by a Certified Public Accountant, which shall include an audit of the WIA/WIOA funds received from COUNTY, in accordance with the Act, 20 C.F.R. Section 667.200, and 29 CFR Parts 96 and 99. CONTRACTOR shall submit two (2) copies of each required audit report to COUNTY within thirty (30) days after the date received by CONTRACTOR.
