Annual Allowance. At the beginning of each school year, each unit member shall be credited with the number of days of sick leave that corresponds to the number of months of work provided by his/her assignment (ten [10]-month assignment = ten [10] days; eleven [11]-month assignment = eleven [11] days). Sick leave is to be used for absences caused by personal illness or physical disability. Days of unused sick leave shall accumulate from year-to-year without limitation.
