Annual Allotment. First priority for scheduling vacation requests shall be given to employees who have requested time off in amounts that do not exceed their cumulative annual allotment. It is the obligation of the Employer to provide employees with the opportunity to take their annual allotment. Annual allotments are as follows for full-time employees (prorated based on FTE status for part-time employees): Years of Service Annual Allotment 0 months through 5th year 192 hours After 5th year through 10th year 216 hours After 10th year through 15th year 240 hours After 15th year through 20th year 264 hours After 20th year 288 hours

Annual Allotment. Each teacher shall be entitled to thirteen (13) days leave during the first year of teaching in the Lake Station Community Schools and thirteen (13) days each year after, accumulative to a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) days (“PTO days”). Each year, the teachers shall be given an accounting of their individual accumulated leave.
Annual Allotment. A teacher shall be entitled to an Annual Allotment of thirteen (13) paid Annual Leave days each contract year (“Annual Allotment”). Part-time teachers will receive Annual Leave days on a prorated basis which shall by calculated by dividing the amount of time worked by the part-time teacher by the time worked by a teacher on a full-time contract to determine the part time teacher’s annual leave entitlement.

Annual Allotment. The School Corporation will provide twelve (12) days of flexible leave per teacher per year. When using flexible leave for personal business, the teacher shall submit a written statement prior to the intended leave to the Principal, who will initial the request and submit it to the Superintendent. The statement will state the date of the leave and the reason. The teacher will make the subjective determination of what is personal business. However, granting of this leave for personal business use will be dependent upon availability of substitute teachers. A teacher absent from work during the school year due to a verified battery by a DeKalb Eastern student or his/her representative as a result of a school related incident shall not be charged with loss of flexible leave days for a period up to five (5) school days.

Annual Allotment. A full-time regular or probationary employee (with six (6) months or more of continuous service) who is on the Company’s payroll as of January 1st in a calendar year and who has performed the duties of their job for at least one scheduled work day on or after January 1st, will be entitled to four (4) Paid Absence Days (PADs) (32 hours) during the calendar year. In those years when December 24th occurs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, employees will be granted one additional PAD in lieu of the observed holiday. Such a day may be the workday preceding or following a holiday or vacation but may not be used as a substitute for a day when an employee is not entitled to any compensation. Such days must be scheduled by December 1st. Any PADs not used by December 31st will be lost and no compensation will be paid in lieu thereof.
Annual Allotment a. On the first, and each successive, annual anniversary of a Flight Attendant’s seniority date, the Company shall credit his/her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00). A Flight Attendant’s Individual Uniform-Luggage Account balance shall not exceed four-hundred fifty dollars ($450.00). Each dollar credited to, or remaining in, a Flight Attendant’s Individual Uniform-Luggage Account will be considered equal to one (1) point in the event the Company elects to implement a “point system” for the purchase of uniform or accessory items. YEAR ONE EXCEPTION: During the first calendar year following the effective date of this paragraph, a Flight Attendant who has a balance in his/her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account in excess of four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00) on the date the annual amount referenced above is credited to his/her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account will be allowed to carry over that excess balance to the next year up to a maximum of $600.00; however, effective April 1, 2021, no Flight Attendant shall have an Individual Uniform-Luggage Account balance in excess of four-hundred fifty dollars ($450.00), and any monies in excess of that amount will be forfeited on that date. EXAMPLE  The effective date of Section 15 D.1.a. is March 31, 2020. Flight Attendant Xxxxx is a Full-time Flight Attendant with an anniversary date of May 1st.  Flight Attendant Xxxxx has $300.00 in her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account on May 1, 2020, at which time the Company credits Xxxxx’x Individual Uniform-Luggage Account the required $300.00. This gives her a balance of $600.00, which she would be allowed to have under the “Year One Exception” above.  On March 31, 2021, Xxxxx has a remaining balance in her Individual Uniform- Luggage Account of $500.00. On April 1, 2021, the Company would deduct from her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account the amount of $50.00, bringing her to the maximum balance of $450.00 in her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account.  On May 1, 2021, Xxxxx has a remaining balance in her Individual Uniform- Luggage Account of $300.00, having made additional purchases.  Due to her balance being $300.00 on her anniversary date, the Company will be required to credit her Individual Uniform-Luggage Account only in the amount of $150.00 on May 21, 2021, putting her at the maximum account balance amount of $450.00.
