Anniversary Years. If the Employer elects under AA §4-3 to base subsequent Eligibility Computation Periods on Anniversary Years, the Plan will measure Years of Service after the initial Eligibility Computation Period on the basis of 12-month periods commencing with the anniversaries of the Employee’s Employment Commencement Date.
