Common use of Anniversary Year Clause in Contracts

Anniversary Year. For purposes of this rule, the anniversary year of Amtrak service is the number of continuous years of service with Amtrak. In determining PTO accrual, the beginning of the year in which an employee’s anniversary date falls will correspond to the anniversary year of Amtrak service.
