Annexor. As used in this Agreement the term “Annexor" shall include any of the heirs, transferees, successors, or assigns of the Annexor, and all such parties shall have the right to enforce this Agreement and shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement as if they were the original parties thereto.
Annexor acknowledges the proximity of the New Denver Airport to the Property and covenants and agrees that no residential uses shall be developed, allowed, or approved on this Property or portion thereof identified as being within the 60 LDN noise contour area.
